What’s the last day to place an order and receive it by Christmas?
If you want to receive your order by Christmas purchase by 15 December 2025 at 11:00 (CET). Remember that for Islands and remote locations the delivery time could be longer.
What is your return policy during the holiday season?
During the holiday season you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for free (days are calculated from the date of proven delivery and include public holidays). If you need more information browse our Return Policy section.
What can I do if the size I ordered as a gift is wrong?
Currently, items purchased from bravekid.com cannot be exchanged. You can return the item in wrong size and re-order in the correct size. Browse our Return Policy section to know more about our refund policy.
Will my order be sent in a Christmas gift box?
All our packages are carefully prepared in every detail and the items are shipped without price.
There is no gift box available at the moment but don't worry, inside it you can find a Christmas card to personalise with the best wishes for your beloved ones!
