You can place your order on bravekid.com at any time. To proceed with an order, please follow these steps:
- choose the item you’d like to purchase from our catalog, select the color and the size and add it to the cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. You can continue to purchase other products on the site or go directly to the checkout. If some of the products you want to buy are unavailable, a message will be displayed. If you’ve added a product by mistake, you can delete it using the delete link next to the product on the first page of the cart.
To finalize your order, please follow all the steps of the purchase process:
- you can choose to proceed as a registered customer or as a guest (registration is not required to place an order, but creating an account has many benefits).
- choose your preferred delivery method.
- clearly indicate your full delivery information, for example any details required to locate the exact delivery address, as well as any accessibility restrictions to the place of delivery (building, floor, digital access code, etc.).

- once you have selected your payment method, you can proceed with the payment of your order on the secure interface that will allow you to confirm your order.
- read and accept the general conditions of sale.
Once your purchase is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order.
It’s not possible to change or cancel an order that you have already placed. Once payment is complete, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.
Orders are shipped within two working days of receiving the order at the warehouse.
You can track the status of your orders in your Brave Kid account, if you have one. Once the courier has your package, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number, to be able to track the shipment online. Please wait up to one business day for the tracking information to be displayed.
On bravekid.com, we accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal and your card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order. The transaction will be made out to Diana E-commerce Corporation, the company that manages the site. We don’t accept cash or bank transfer payments. For more information, please refer to the Payments section.
We ship to 41 different countries. Please note that each country has its own specific delivery method and timing. We only ship to the country of the site you’re visiting: if you’d like to receive your order in another country, please click here and log in to the store in the country where you’d like to receive your order. If the order has not been delivered on time, we suggest the following:
- Check the status of the order: as a registered user, by accessing your Page, or on the DHL website, with the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation e-mail;
- Check that the address indicated for shipping is correct;
- If you have found a non-delivery notice left by DHL, you can contact them by phone to arrange another delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment (the days are calculated from the confirmed delivery date).
Please follow all the steps of the return procedure indicated in the Returns section. Within the order, you’ll also find the return form with the various steps to proceed with the return of the product. Please note that bravekid.com offers a simple return policy, free within 30 days.
The refund of the products will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returns. The time frame for the refund may vary depending on the payment method used. You can find all the information relating to returns in the Returns section.
At the moment it’s not possible to exchange a product purchased on bravekid.com in one of our stores.

Promotional codes give you access to exclusive offers. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the Discount Code field at checkout and click on "Apply". Only one promotional code can be used per order. If the code doesn't work, double check the date of the promotion and which products and categories it applies to.
You can create an account by completing the registration form, which you can access by clicking on the "My account" icon at the top of the site. You can access the private area only with a personal password created and known only by you. At the end of the registration process, we’ll send you an e-mail that will allow you to activate your account. You can change your registration data at any time by accessing the private area of your account. You can also ask for your account to be deleted by submitting a request to our customer service department.

You can receive Brave Kid news by subscribing to our newsletter - simply enter your e-mail address at the bottom of the homepage. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe directly via one of our newsletters, by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link and following the instructions. If you’re not receiving our newsletters correctly, try adding the address "email@example.com" to the list of safe senders of your e-mail account.
